February 19th, 2011 admin475 In negotiations, the landlord is proposing two escalations. The first is the CPI (consumer price index) and the second is the real estate taxes. I am thinking of proposing that I accept the CPI increases but not the real estate tax escalation. Would I be correct in proceeding this way?
